Santa was left guessing at what our bashful Rylee wants for Christmas.

"No, I talked to him, I said 'Rylee' and 'yes' "

"Lauren, is your room clean? Will you keep it clean until Christmas?''

Mom likes this Santa.

Little did the girls understand, this train never went anywhere. The sat and sat waiting to go for a ride in the 'just for decoration' train.

Glimpses

Pulling Nana's taffy. This was just Rylee's thing, permission to rub butter all over her hands. 'Really, mom?'

Tree decorating and undecorating. It has been redone many times by these two elves.

'Does temperature affect Friction?' Ask the scientist, Lauren. She brought home a first place ribbon for her friction testing. The results: only metal goes faster when frozen. Foam, wood and tile all go faster when heated:) Who knew!
